Lisa joined Tilson Financial Group in 2014 and has become an essential part of the client experience. Before Tilson, she worked as a content strategist at Razorfish in New York City, a background that gave her an eye for communication, organization, and detail. At Tilson, Lisa is the person who ensures every client review is scheduled, prepared, and seamless. She handles administrative tasks, supports client requests, and keeps the office running with the kind of quiet efficiency that lets the advisory team focus on what they do best.

Lisa’s responsibilities include scheduling and preparing client reviews, managing administrative operations, and serving as a primary point of contact for client service requests. Her communication background gives her a distinctive ability to translate complex processes into clear, comfortable client interactions. For elder clients in particular, Lisa provides the kind of patient guidance, education, and personal connection that reflects the firm’s human-first values.
Credentials and Education
Bachelor of Arts in French with a minor in Economics, Ohio Wesleyan University.
Beyond The Office
Lisa lives in New Providence, NJ and has three daughters. She’s a yoga enthusiast, an avid cook and gardener, and a year-round beach lover. She cheers for the Giants and the Yankees.
